Amazing Daisy Petal & Leaf Certificates

After a custom request, I created a full set of Girl Scout Daisy petal and leaf certificates. You can print a set out for each girl and give them a certificate for every petal and leaf they earn! Includes all ten petals, the promise center and four leaves for a total of 15 certificates. Once printed you can customize the certificates with each girl’s name, date and troop leader. Each certificate includes the flower “sticker” with the name of the flower corresponding to the petals. Daisy appears on the leaf certificates and the promise sticker is on the promise center certificate.
